1. Service Description

Astravyn Timesheet is an attendance and timesheet management service. It includes clock in/out, leave tracking, timesheet views, CSV export (all plans), Excel export and higher limits on paid plans, email reports where applicable, and Auto Sign-In on Advanced access. We offer a Free plan and paid plans (Basic and Advanced). Subscription and billing are managed via the Billing and Pricing pages. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans are Free, Basic, or Advanced. Basic includes paid email features and Basic credits. Advanced includes all Basic features, higher credits, shareable report links, and Auto Sign-In. We may grant complimentary access at our discretion; active complimentary access is treated as Advanced access until its expiry and does not create a paid subscription. Paid plans may include a trial period; after that, you are charged according to your chosen plan. Payments are processed by our payment provider Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You can upgrade, change, or cancel your paid plan from the Billing page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to misuse or scrape data, or to abuse other users or our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will meet all of your requirements. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astravyn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice where practicable.
