• Account data: email address, display name (via Google Sign-In or email/password)
• Timesheet and attendance data you enter (projects, hours, status, comments)
• Payment-related information processed by Razorpay (we do not store full card details)
• Usage data via Firebase Analytics (pages visited, feature usage)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide the timesheet service, manage subscriptions, send reports and reminders, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Storage and Third Parties

Data is stored using Firebase (Firestore, Auth). Payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics and may use cookies for authentication and session management. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data through the app or by contacting us. You may also withdraw consent where applicable.
