Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how we issue refunds for Astravyn Timesheet subscriptions. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy.

1. Free Plan & Trial

New users receive free access for a limited time. No charges are made during the free period. When you subscribe to a paid plan, cancel before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged. We do not refund unused time on a subscription period.

Complimentary access is a no-charge grant that may be provided by Astravyn. It is not a paid subscription, has no refund value, and may expire or be revoked according to the grant terms.

2. When Refunds May Be Granted

5. Processing Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay, our payment provider. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original charge.
