Attendance Details — October 2025

Punch In & Out

Track your workday from the time-tracking panel.

• Punch In when you start work and Punch Out when you finish. Status shows IN or OUT.
• Today’s hours show Total, Regular, and Overtime (when you exceed fixed daily hours).
• The live clock can be analog or digital — change it under Settings → Display Preferences.
• Attendance timeline for a selected day lists punch sessions with duration and overtime.

Calendar & Status

Mark attendance for each day in the selected month.

• Turn Edit ON before changing statuses or comments (default is Edit OFF).
• Click a date to cycle: empty → P (Present) → C (Comp-off) → L (Leave) → H (Holiday) → empty.
• Weekends marked as holiday show as ST (Saturday) or SU (Sunday).
• Working Days marks all weekdays in the month as Present (P).
• Mark Weekend marks Saturdays as ST and Sundays as SU.
• Clear Month clears all statuses and comments for the month (asks for confirmation).
• Use the comment icon on a day to add notes (e.g. WFH). Notes appear in Selected Day Details.
• Company holidays from Settings appear on the calendar with name and color.
• Use ◀ ▶ or Month/Year dropdowns to switch periods. Fill Company, Employee Name, and ID for exports.

Dashboard & Summaries

Review monthly totals and charts below the calendar.

• Attendance counts: Present, Leave, Comp-off, Holiday, and Attendance %.
• Report summary echoes company, employee, ID, and selected month.
• Work Hours by Day chart and attendance charts show hours and mix for the month.
• Selected Day Details shows date, hours, status, holiday name, and note.

Export & Save

Download or save the current month’s timesheet.

• Choose a template (Indian Standard, US, UK, ISO 8601, European, or Payroll), then Export w/ Template.
• Export as Excel or CSV. Excel export may require Basic or Advanced plan.
• Save stores the current month (also available from the profile sidebar).

Send & Schedule Email

Email timesheets to your manager or HR.

• Send: pick month/year, To/CC/BCC, subject, and body. Attach Excel and optional files.
• Actions include Send, Download Only, or Download & open Gmail / Outlook / Mail app.
• Sending uses email credits. If credits run out, get more from Billing or send feedback.
• Schedule Email: one schedule per account — one-time or monthly (month end / first of next month), send time, enable/disable, and attachment format.
• Use placeholders like {Month}, {Year}, {Employee Name} in subject/body.
• View sent history under Settings → Email & Reports (filter by success, failed, scheduled, manual).

Reminders & Notifications

Never miss punch-in or report deadlines.

• Open the bell icon or Settings → Notifications to create reminders.
• Set title, date, time, and frequency: once, daily, weekly, monthly, or custom range.
• When a reminder fires: dismiss, view details, or snooze (5–60 minutes).
• Choose toast, popup, browser, or sound notifications; adjust volume and auto-dismiss.

Settings

Open Settings from the gear icon. Use Save Settings when done.

• Timer & Punch — work timer, auto-start on punch-in, manual edits, precision, pause/resume, auto-save, timer history.
• Break Times — food, snack, and tea breaks; paid vs unpaid (unpaid breaks deduct from hours).
• Notifications & Alarms — reminder defaults, sounds, and alarm behavior.
• Work Hours — show hours in calendar cells; format as decimal, hours & minutes, or minutes only.
• Shift Information — 1st / 2nd / General shift, work days/week, time in/out, fixed hours per day.
• Display Preferences — analog/digital clock; White on Black or Black on White theme.
• Company Holidays — add holiday or company leave by date, name, color, and optional yearly recurrence.
• Email & Reports — scheduled delivery and email history (Basic+ for scheduling).
• Advanced — weekend colors and debug logging.

Auto Sign-In

Automatically punch based on location via the Android app (Advanced plan).

• Open Settings opens Auto Sign-In setup for Android app, permissions, and work location.
• Use the Auto Sign-In toggle on the timesheet page to enable or disable without leaving the app.
• On the setup page, pick work location on the map, set radius, and sync with the Android app.
• Get the Android app by email, download, or copy the setup link.

Profile & Account

Manage your account from the top bar and profile sidebar.

• Your name/avatar opens User Details. Use Logout to sign out.
• Profile sidebar → Profile Management: view name, email, role, company, employee ID; Edit Profile opens User Details.
• Timesheet Management: save the current timesheet and open previously saved ones.
• In User Details you can update profile fields and change/set password.

Billing & Credits

Plans unlock Excel export, scheduling, and Auto Sign-In.

• The plan chip in the navbar (when shown) links to Billing / subscription management.
• User Details → Subscription shows plan type, email credits remaining, and status.
• Billing history and payment details are under User Details → Billing.
• When email credits are exhausted, choose Get credits or send feedback.

Feedback

Use the feedback icon to rate the app (1–5 stars), choose Recommendation or Error report, add a description, and optionally capture a screenshot of the current page.
